Concept

Fresh pasta as sculptural medium. Hand-cut, arranged in modular patterns, combined with dyed textiles in collaboration with fashion designer Bahar Korçan.


Process

Weeks of material testing how thin before it tears, how it behaves as it dries, how fabric and food interact as form. Each installation distinct, all three built from the store's own products.

Celebrating year three with three dresses in the colors of Italy.


Exhibition

Presented as a curated exhibition on the restaurant terrace. Process documentation and material experiments displayed alongside the finished installations. Designed to be temporary.
