ConceptFresh pasta as sculptural medium. Hand-cut, arranged in modular patterns, combined with dyed textiles in collaboration with fashion designer Bahar Korçan.
ProcessWeeks of material testing how thin before it tears, how it behaves as it dries, how fabric and food interact as form. Each installation distinct, all three built from the store's own products.
