Festival

Private outdoor venue transformed into an environment-scale installation. DJ performances around dragons, painted totems, modular decorations, floating structures. Materials cut, painted, and assembled by hand. Everything built to be used: sat on, climbed through, photographed against. Two editions, each one larger than the last.

Production

A to Z with 10+ volunteer contributors across both editions. Event management, material sourcing, fabrication, assembly sequencing, on-site problem solving, documentation, teardown. Volume 2 expanded in every direction. Bigger line-up, more ambitious structures, more refined systems, more hands showing up because they wanted to see it exist.
