Installation

A private outdoor venue transformed into an environment-scale installation. Giant dragons, painted totems, modular decorations, floating structures. Materials cut, painted, and assembled by hand. Everything built to be used: sat on, climbed through, photographed against. Two editions, each one larger than the last.

Production

Organized A to Z with a core team of two and 10+ volunteer contributors across both editions. Material sourcing, fabrication, assembly sequencing, on-site problem solving, documentation, teardown. Volume 2 expanded in every direction. More ambitious structures, more refined systems, more hands showing up because they wanted to see it exist.
