Commission

Clovera's founder needed more than a graphic designer; they needed someone to help define what the organization was, then build the systems to make it real.

The consultancy had a name and a direction: helping institutions navigate digital transformation with confidence, addressing governance, compliance, and sustainability alongside technical implementation. Everything else was yet to be determined.

Scope

The engagement spanned strategic positioning, visual identity, web infrastructure, and content systems.

This meant moving between market differentiation and service articulation, developing a complete visual language, configuring a content management system operable without technical knowledge, and establishing communication frameworks for complex services.

Approach

The process wasn't linear. It required continuous translation between creative vision and operational reality—taking abstract ambitions and converting them into systematic, scalable infrastructure. The goal was a turnkey operation: one the founder could run independently, maintaining quality and consistency without ongoing outside involvement.

Outcome

At handoff, Clovera had clear positioning, a functional identity system, a live website, and the tools to operate it.

Not blueprints. A running vehicle.
